Introduction

Low carb, paleo, gluten free and dairy free scones with vanilla essence. They are sugar free, sweetened with natural stevia.

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Egg whites or Egg Beaters equivalent to 6 eggs
    1/2 C. Coconut oil, melted
    1/2 tsp. sea salt
    1 T.pure vanilla extract
    4 Nustevia packets, or sweetened to taste
    3/4 c. coconut flour (I use Nutiva brand from Amazon.com)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

Blend all wet ingredients. Add everything else.

Grease a pie pan and pour in the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 pie plate, or 8 servings.
