Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large green pepper
    1 medium red pepper
    1 small onion
    8 oz mushrooms
    1 Tblspn minced garlic
    2 cups cooked chicken
    4 oz Turkey Kielbasa
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup Progresso Creamy Parmesan basil sauce
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 - 4 Tblsp reduced fat half and half

    Spices: Basil, salt, pepper,garlic powder, poultry seasoning

Directions

1. Cut all vegetables into bite size pieces and saute in chicken broth and spices for 20 minutes covered.
2. Add cooked chicken,turkey kielbasa and more spices if you want. Cook for 5 minutes, and then drain any excess liquid from pan.
3. Add the cup of Parmesan basil sauce,half and half, and Parmesan. Cook 5 minutes more.
4. Eat as a stew or serve over pasta.
