    Mix in a bowl
    3 ripe bananas, well-mashed
    2 eggs, beaten until light
    Sift together
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    Add to the first mixture. Add 1/2 cup nut meats, chopped
    Stir well. Put in buttered loaf pan 9 by 5 inches. Bake 1 hour at 350 F


Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes.

  • Delicious! I made mine into 12 muffins for portion control and added 1 tsp vanilla to batter. Baked for 20 min in convection oven. The vanilla added 1 calorie per muffin. - 9/8/12
