Introduction

Camel's Meat was not available as an option so i replaced it with Lean Ground Beef to get close to the calorie content, also Cumin seeds has to be in a powder form, Cilantro/Coriander Leaves must be fresh not dried...i chose dried as it was the only option available. Ingredients

    Ground beef, 1Kg
    White Rice, short grain, 1Kg
    Onions, raw, 2 Medium
    Parsley, 3 Bunches
    Fresh Coriander Leaves 3 Bunches
    Salt, 1-2 Tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1-2 Tbsp
    Cumin seed Powder 1 Tbsp

Tips

usually eaten in Tomato Stew with mixed green salad and white rice(Plain or vermicelli white rice) but for the sake of Healthy Nutrition it's better eaten oven fried or in a tomato stew after being oven fried the side dish would be green mixed salad and omit the rice.


Directions

mix all gredeints and ground very finely in a Meat Grinder
with a wet (hands/plastic gloves) shape it fingers or balls
you can deep fry (Extra calories), grill , or make it in a tomato sauce Stew to be done
