Ingredients

    4 c. snow peas, trimmed and cut in half if large(raw)
    2 cans sweet yellow corn, drained
    1/2 purple onion, diced
    2 medium sweet red peppers, sliced into small strips
    2 T plus 1 tsp. lemon juice
    5T Splenda
    1/2 C. oil
    salt to taste

Directions

Combine all vegetables. Mix lemon juice, Splenda, oil and salt well. Pour over salad and toss. Enjoy!
