Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 cans, drained
    Parsley, dried, 1/4 cup
    *Lemon Juice 1 tsp
    *Garlic Powder, .5 tsp
    *"I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" light margarine, 3 tbsp
    *bread - French Bread, whole loaf
    *Cheese - Swiss Natural Cheese 4 slices
    *fat free sour cream, 1/4 cup
    *Hellman's (Lite) Half the Fat Mayonaisse, 1/2 cup

Directions

Preheat oven 350F.
Slice loaf of bread, lengthwise and open it up. Lay it on a cooking sheet and butter both sides of the bread with butter.
Mix tuna, mayo, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice and garlic powder together in a bowl. now slather both sides of the bread with the tuna mixture. Place the cheese slices on top of the bottom piece of loaf, then when all cheese is added place the top of the loaf back on the bottom half, making a sandwich.
Place sandwich in oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and sandwich is hot.
Remove from oven cut into 8 slices and serve.
