Ingredients

1 16oz package frozen spinach, cooked
4 lasagne noodles, cooked
1 qt 2% cottage cheese
1 cup 2% Shredded cheddar cheese
1T parsely
4 cups pureed butternut squash
2 cups silk unsweetened Almond milk
4T Ihop sugar free maple Syrup
1/2 t each:
season salt
onion powder
garlic powder
cinnamon
cloves
ginger
nutmeg
Directions
In food processor: blend squash, almond milk and seasonings. Blend until smooth.
Filling: Mix cottage cheese, chia seeds, parsely,and 1 c shredded cheese in a bowl.
Line lasagne pan with frozen spinach
Cover with half of filling
Cover with squash mixture.
Sprinkle 1 c shredded cheese.
Layer on 4 lasagne Noodles
Cover with other half of filling
Cover with remaining squash mixture
sprinkle on remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 45 min
cut into 10 even squares
