Number of Servings: 1


    1 large banana
    1 mango cheek
    1/2 c. of milk
    6 ice cubes
    Squeeze of honey to taste


Makes 1 large glass of smoothie.

In the blender pour 1/2 c. of skim milk and add the ice cubes. Put in the mango cheek followed but the broken up banana. Squeeze honey over the top to taste and buzz it till it's ready!

  • I didn't have any bananas, so I used a whole mango - it was absolutely fantastic ^..^ - I love mangos and this is a great way to fix them up and share them with the family ^..^
