Number of Servings: 3


    1 Bunch Swiss Chard or Kale
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    2 TBL Ex Virgin Olive Oil
    1 clove garlic


Chop Chard or Kale and toss in a large bowl with the chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Saute in a cast iron skillet for 5 -8 minutes until done. Yumm!
