Ingredients

    1 Large, Ripe Avocado
    1/4 C Onion Chopped
    10 oz White Meat Chicken (canned in water)
    2 hard boiled eggs

Directions

Mix together in bowl and serve on toast, bread, English muffin, or with tortilla chips.

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 1/2 cup servings.
