Ingredients

    2 tbsp Half and Half
    1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
    2 large eggs
    2 slices of honey ham
    Pam for saute pan

Tips

I usually eat this with an English muffin and fresh fruit. If you don't like ham you can substitute whatever meat or vegetable you like.


Directions

Preheat omelet pan with Pam. Beat two eggs with the half and half. Dice up the ham and set aside. Add egg mixture to heated pan and allow to cook for a moment and then add ham. Cook till eggs are set and then add half of the cheddar. Melt the cheese and remove from pan. Add remaining cheese on top and dig in.

Serving Size: Makes 1 omlett
