Ingredients

    1 c oat flour
    2 scoops of Cytosport Chocolate Protein Powder
    1 heaping teaspoon cocoa powder
    2 t baking powder
    1/8 t salt
    1 t sugar
    5 egg whites
    6 oz Almond Milk vanilla unsweetened
    2 T natural unsalted peanut butter
    1 t vanilla extract

Tips

You can serve with 5 sprays of butter spray and 1 t of sugarfree syrup or 1 t natural peanut butter.

Another option is to add 1/2 a sliced banana to the batter as it is cooking in the pan before it is flipped.


Directions

Milk dry ingredients in a large pitcher bowl. Mix wet ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Pour wet into dry and mix thoroughly. Preheat pan and spray with Pam. Pour batter into pan to make medium pancakes. Cook over med low temp. Flip when pancake starts to bubble. Cook another minute and serve.
