Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 T sesame oil
    3 T Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    3 T Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 t black pepper, course ground
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1 t ground ginger
    1 C reduced fat or fat free mayonnaise

    2 C salad greens
    2 C spinach, fresh
    1/2 C bean sprouts
    1/2 C broccoli, fresh cut
    1 C cabbage, shredded or chopped
    1/4 C green onions, thinly sliced

    1/4 C chow mein noodles

Directions

Add first 6 ingredients; stir.
Add mayonaise; whip until completely blended
Chop veggies, toss into salad greens, toss with dressing
Option: Top with chow mein noodles for crunch!
