Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tbsp wheat bran
    2 tbsp. oat bran
    1 egg
    2 tbsp. fat free fage greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp. sodium free baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking powder

Tips

I tried a second batch and used 2 egg whites instead of a whole egg. Works just as well. Using egg whites, reduces the calories and fat.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spray a rectangle bowl that measures 7 inches long. Pour the "batter" in and spread evenly.
Microwave 2 minutes, flip bread over in bowl. Cook another 2 minutes.
Let cool.

For a bread substitute, great.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving.
