Ingredients

    2 lb of cubed beef
    1 32 oz can of diced tomatoes
    water
    1 cup of frozen cut green beans
    1 cup of frozen corn
    1 cup of frozen lima beans
    1/4-1/2 cup of cubes carrots
    salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, basil, and oregano to taste

Tips

For a richer broth add beef bouillon.


Directions

Cut beef cubes into small pieces. Put into 10 qt pot and fill 3/4 with water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 45-60 minutes. Add 1 32 oz can of dices tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes. Add salt and spices to taste. Add corn, gr beans, lima beans and carrots. Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are soft.
