Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (180 grams)
    1/2 cup coconut flour (50 grams)
    2 banana (198 grams)
    2 apples (190 grams) to make applesauce
    1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw
    1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
    1/2 tsp Baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp ground flaxseed
    30 grams Walnuts chopped
    4 egg whites
    1 cup Greek yogurt (227 grams)
    I forgot vanilla

Tips

Cook apples at 350 for 20 minutes. Cut in pieces and use stick blender to make homemade applesauce


Directions

Cook in 350 degree over for 20 minutes and check. Add 5 minutes increments till done.
