Ingredients

    Amaranth Flour 69 gram
    Tiana Coconut Flour 50 gram
    Rolled Oats (Gluten Free) 58 gram
    Millet Flour 46 gram
    Tapioca Flour 55 gram
    Salt 3g
    Xanthan Gum 6g
    Yeast 6g
    Water 800g

Directions

Set for 2 pound loaf, medium/dark color and use either gluten free cycle or whole wheat cycle. If you don't have a gluten-free cycle I really recommend only using one rise and baking it in your oven instead. Wet stuff goes in first, then salt, then flours and finally the yeast. Keep the salt and yeast away from each other and there you go=)
