Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 24 oz (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, .5 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

mix all ingredients except the tomatoes & bay leaf. Form 2 inch balls. Place in baking dish. Add tomatoes and bay leaf. Cover and bake in moderate oven at 350* for about 1 hour 10 minutes.

    Fun and easy! It was great to pull back the foil and see the results of the Baking, tasted great but a bit dry, I'll use chopped mushroom in them next time to try and keep a bit more moisture in. - 4/30/10
