Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    3 carrots
    2 parsnips
    3 stalks celery
    1 rutabega
    1 turnip
    1 head cabbage
    1 bunch kale
    1 head of cauliflowr
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 medium onions
    3 tsp of crushed garlic cloves
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1 large can of stewed tomatoes
    10 cups water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Tips

Sometimes I mix up the ingreidants adding different squashes or whatever strikes my fancy. You can not ruin this soup! so add fresh veges of any kind.


Directions

Put all chopped ingredients in a large stock pot with water and stewed tomatoes,bring to a boil, add onion soup mix, garlic and salt and pepper to taste, then simmer for 60 minutes.
