Introduction
I can't take the credit for these--I saw this recipe on my Dr. Oz and had to make them. I adjusted the recipe by using natural almond butter instead of peanut butter and adding a few spices and chocolate chips. 1 cup quick-cook oats, uncooked
1/3 cup dried tart cherries (can be found in the bulk section)

3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
(I also added ¼ cup semi-sweet morsels, a dash or three of cinnamon and a dash of ginger)
Tips
Return uneaten bars to fridge for storage.
