Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    * Broccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped
    * Splenda, 6 tsp
    * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp
    * Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 oz
    * Raisins, 30 grams

Tips

Can add crisp, chopped bacon on the top if desired, but be sure to include extra calories and fat.


Directions

Chop broccoli, chop onions -- mix both with sunflower seeds and raisins. Stir together Spenda, vinegar and mayo. Pour over broccoli mix, toss lightly. Serve cold from refrigerator.
