    Black Beans
    Salsa
    light Sour Cream
    Lettuce
    2 Corn tortillas
    Cumin powder
    tomato

Tips

you dont have to add all of the bean mixture to your tostadas, you can save some for later; just store in a container, cover and refrigerate.


Directions

Lightly coat 2 corn tortillas with olive oil and bake or "pan fry" till crisp. In seperate dish, heat blackbeans; mash. Add Cumin powder and salsa and stir. Top tostada shells with bean mixture, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and enjoy. This recipe is for 1 serving.
