Ingredients

    1 ready to bake deep pie crust
    1 10oz package of frozen broccoli
    1 chopped red onion
    2 cups of egg subsitute
    1tbsp of extra virgan olive oil
    1/2 cup fat free half & half

Tips

Check Quiche about every 15 min cook until brown & knife comes out mostly clean I always tap on the top like you do for a cake. You can add ingreadents like spinach or cheese but it will change the food values.


Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350
Chop onion ( I used red onion) saute in olive oil
Steam Broccoli for about 15 minutes or less ( However
much crunch you like) Cool and set aside.
Mix egg sub with half & half & flour whip until well mixed . Add broccoli and onion.
Pour into deep pan pie crust to not over fill, set on a cooking sheet.
bake for 45min or untill knife comes out mostly clean
let sit 10-15 min before cutting.
