Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Frozen Broccoli
    1-Ready to bake deep dish pie crust
    Dill- to taste
    Salt & pepper to taste ( I am leaving out the salt)
    Egg substitute
    EVOO
    onion (I like red onion)

Tips

You can add many differant ingredients to this recipe
but for this one I tried to keep it healther.
spinach, bacon, cheese


Directions

Pre heat oven to 350
Steam Broccoli for 10 minutes drain & cool
saute small onion in the Evoo set aside and cool
Mix Egg Sub, fat free half & half, dill
salt & pepper to taste (I am leaving out the salt)
add rest of ingredients to egg mixture
pour into pie crust do not over fill
Put on a cookie sheet that has been pre-heated I find this helps cook the bottom of the crust
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, check every 15 minutes time varies.
Insert knife till it comes out mostly clean I give mine the cake tap in the middle
Let sit about 10 minutes befor cutting
