Introduction

This is my delicious and easy to make Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie recipe. This is my delicious and easy to make Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup Bisquick
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown ground beef and onion together until meat is cooked. Mix in salt. Spread in bottom of glass baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.

In a separate bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk and eggs (mixture is supposed to be runny). Pour mixture over meat and cheese.

Bake in oven 25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Makes 6 servings.

    Very Good
    Just made this tonight. For more flavor I added 1 chopped raw jalapeno that I browned with the meat and onions. Added a very nice flavor (and little to no spice) for those who felt the recipe was lacking something. Very good. Will make again. - 6/5/15

    i put tater on the bottom than added bacon, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard onion and pickles poured the filling on top and then added the topping...now that was a bacon cheeseburger with fries! - 1/22/14
