Ingredients

    4 large Egg white
    1/2 large Egg Yolk
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 2 oz
    Oatmeal (plain), 0.5 cup dry
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Tips

Good salted, or you can sweeten it with equal or sugar-free syrup for a sweet breakfast treat.
You can also easily jazz it up by adding in diced ham, cheese, nuts, ect...


Directions

Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients together & scramble in a non-stick pan just like you would scramble eggs. Cook till eggs are done, being careful not to overcook & dry them out too much.
