    1 Free Range Egg
    1/2 cup Kirkland Greek Yogurt
    4 tbsp Half & Half Cream (alternately use almond, hemp or coconut milk)
    1/2 cup Liquid Egg White
    2 scoops of Stevia Extract
    ~2 heaping tsps of Pure Cocoa powder
    6 drops pure Orange Extract
    3-4 tbsp coconut flour


Mix together the egg, Greek yogurt, half & half, and the Liquid egg white. Stir in approximately 2 heaping tsps of pure Cocoa powder and the 2 scoops of Stevia.

Mix in the 3-4 tbsp of coconut flour to produce a thick batter. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes as the coconut flour absorbs water. Add 6 or more drops of the orange extract for taste.

Put in hot frying pan that has a small amount of melted coconut oil in it. Makes 6 3-4" sized pancakes.

Serving Size: makes 2 x 3 3" pancakes 2 each = 1 serving
