Ingredients

    1 Head Cauliflower (tops only - no stem)
    3 Bunches of Broccoli (just use the tops - equal to the head of cauliflower)
    1 medium red onion (minced)
    1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
    1 1/2 cup mayo
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup sugar

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix final 3 ingredients in small bowl.
Chill.
Do not combine all ingredients until just before serving.
Stir to combine & serve.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 25 servings
