Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/2 cup PC CHocolate Soymilk light
    2/3 cup pumpkin puree
    1 banana - extra ripe
    1/4 cup molasse
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 tsp cider spice
    3 cups Old fashion Quaker Oatmeal dry (not instant)

Directions

Combine above ingredients, mixing well. Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
