Introduction
1. Preheat oven 350 F. 9"x9" or 8"x8" baking pan lined with parchment. Leave enough parchment paper on side to create sling. Makes it easier to lift out end product.2. Add all wet ingredients - beans, oil, eggs, & vanilla together in blender. Pulse a few times to get ingredieents to come together. Than blend until the mixture is smooth. Add dry ingredients - cocoa, sugar, coffee & baking powder to blender. Pulse a few times again & blend until mixture is smooth. stir in chocolate chips.
3.Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes, until center is set. DON'T OVERBAKE.
4. Allow brownie to cool in pan for 15 minutes. Cool completely on a cooling rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desire. Cut into squars & enjoy.
It's important not to over-bake. Nature of ingredients, the brownies will become powdery or cakey if overbaked.
