    Penne Pasta - Whole Wheat, 1 cup
    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    Salsa .25cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
    Garlic powder, .16 tsp
    Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Beans, black, .5 cup drained and rinsed
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 cup
    Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Colby Jack Cheese 1/4 c


Boil pasta until done...about 10-12 minutes. Drain.

While pasta is cooking, brown chicken in a non stick pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook until juices run clear about 7 minutes.

Add salsa, spices, tomato sauce, black beans and corn. Mix well. Toss in pasta.

Place servings into bowl and sprinkle with 1 TBSP each of the cheese.
