    16 oz lean ground beef
    2 small whole carrots, chopped into thin medallions
    2 medium scallions, sliced finely
    1 large egg
    3 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp red pepper flakes


* Makes a great meal with udon or glass noodles and stir fried vegetables


Preheat oven to 450

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a mixing bowl. Form 2 oz balls (a small handful) and place on an aluminum lined baking sheet. Place on the center rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: makes 8 meatballs, 2 oz each
