    Cream Cheese, 3 tbsp, whipped
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Water 4 oz


Tips

Variations: Cauliflower or mixed vegetables instead of broccoli.


Directions

Cook broccoli and onions in chicken broth until soft.
Add cream cheese to desired creaminess.
Add water as desired to get to the desired consistency
Add salt as desired to taste.
