    Very Good
Great flavor. I found the batter to be quite dry so I added 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce. Perfect for muffins! - 1/20/15

I will try this instead of my usual recipe since it is healthier, lower fat; I can have some too! - 2/17/10

Excellent. I substituted white Splenda, 2 eggs, and olive oil. It tasted wonderful. - 11/9/09

    Incredible!
I didn't expect much but was pleasently surprised. I used 1/4 cup nuts which increased the calories by 20 and added 2 grams of fat. - 10/22/09

    Very Good
I replaced 1/2 cup of the flour with whole wheat flour which usually causes my breads to be more dense. Still a good taste with a relatively low amount of sugar (I also do not use Splenda). - 4/19/09
