Ingredients

    1.5 cups bob's red mill gluten free all-purpose flour
    3.5 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp white sugar
    1.25 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
    1 egg
    3 tbsp shedd spread

Directions

Melt the butter, mix everything in a bowl, drop by spoonfuls onto low-medium griddle. It's pancakes. You know how to do this.
