Ingredients

    2 c. Old fashioned rolled oats
    1/2 c. Wheat germ
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 c sunflower seeds
    1/4 c slivered/sliced almonds
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    3 tbsp mild olive oil (or other light tasting oil)
    1/4 c maple syrup (or honey)
    1 tbsp water
    1/3 c craisins ((any flavor) or any other dried fruit)

Directions

Mix oats, wheat germ, sunflower sees, sesame seeds, almonds and brown sugar in large bowl. In small pan mix olive oil, maple syrup and 1 tbsp water and bring to slow boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour onto oiled metal pan. Mix with hands creaints clumps. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes on middle rack. Add craisins. Bake 15 minutes.
