Ingredients

4 cups fresh cabbage, shredded
1 cup raw carrots, grated
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup green (spring) onions, finely sliced
2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, finely grated or chopped
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar, unpacked
1/4 teaspoon Hot Chili Sauce (Sriracha) or to taste
1/2 package Oriental flavor Ramen noodles (40 gms)
Tips
Best if made at least an hour in advance so that flavors can blend together. Shake the bowl every once in a while to distribute the dressing.
Directions
Mix together in large bowl (with cover) cabbage, carrots, green peppers, and green onions. In small bowl mix together vinegar, soy sauce, ginger root, sesame oil, brown sugar and hot sauce. Stir well to combine and pour over vegetables. Mix well. Put in refrigerator and let flavors mix - best if made at least an hour in advance. Shake bowl occasionally. At serving time stir in Ramen noodles.
