Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Asparagus, fresh, 4 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 3 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .33 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia) (remove)

    *Sauce - Heinz Chunky Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)

Tips

Again, this is just an effort to add extra ingredients to another recipe.


Directions

1) Grind peppers or pepper flakes with garlic and sesame seeds. Add to the chili sauce and sesame oil (this is a garlic chili paste substitution) and blend together.

2) Slice pepper, asparagus spears, mushrooms and beet and cook lightly in sauté pan sprayed with pam. When vegetables are tender-crisp, mix in with the Sesame shrimp prepared per aforementioned recipe.
