Ingredients

    1 cup fresh snipped green beans
    1/2 cup fresh chopped sweet red peppers
    1/2 cup fresh chopped portabella mushrooms
    1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
    4 Tbsp Newmans Own Lite Balsamic

Tips

Remove from skillet with tongs or drain. Don't overcook, green beans should be crisp.


Directions

Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok on medium heat.
Add red pepper and cook for about 1 or 2 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables, stir continually for another
3 or 4 minutes then add Newmans Own Lite Balsamic.
Cook approximately 5 more minutes, stir often.
Serve immediately.
