Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Pineapple, frozen, .5 cup, chunks
    Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup
    kale, raw, .5 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz)

Tips

Add in flax seed, or vitamin powders. You can also substitute the pineapple with oranges or other fruits!


Directions

combine all ingredients into a blender that can liquify, or use a juicing "bullet". Using a standard juicer will discard the nutrients in the stems!
