Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1- package ( approx 10 0z) Great Range Ground Bison or any package of bison meat
    1 cup chopped green peppers (I use Cubanelle Peppers)
    1 cup sweet onion chopped (or red onion)
    1 cup diced grape tomatoes (or any tomato of your preference)
    1.5 Tbsp Coconut oil
    1 Cup of Pomi Strained tomatos
    Saute Pan with Cover (3.5 quart)

Tips

I top this off with 1/2 avocado diced


Directions

Heat oil in Saute Pan
Add chopped veggies until browned
Add ground bison- breaking up the meat and evenly distributing around pan
Mix all ingredients including the spices and bring to a boil
Add Strained tomatos and mix
Bring to boil and reduce heat to a simmer and add a pinch of salt
let that cook slowly for about an hour
