Ingredients

    1 container ready to serve brown rice
    1 4 oz container pineapple in it's own juice
    1/4 cup frozen peas
    1 cup unsalted chicken stock
    4 oz chicken tenders

Directions

Season chicken tenders according to your taste,
Saute quickly in small skillet sprayed with Pam.
MIX pineapple with juice, peas, broth in medium saucepan.
Bring to boil.
STIR in rice.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
REMOVE from heat, stir in chicken tenders.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
