Ingredients

    Dressing:
    2 Tbsp. Walnut oil
    1 Tbsp. Olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped Shallot
    2 tsp Dijon mustard

    6 cups Raw Baby Spinach
    1/2 C crumbled goat cheese
    1/3 C chopped walnuts

Directions

Whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Toss last 3 ingredients together then add dressing mixture and toss.

Serving Size: makes (6) 1 cup
