Ingredients

    16 Delallo no boil lasagna noodles
    1 23.25 oz jar Prego light smart tomato sauce
    1 16 oz container Calabro fat free ricotta cheese
    3 tbsp egg white
    1 16 oz bag 365 (Whole Foods) Mozzarella
    2 large red bell peppers, diced
    1 cup cooked spinach
    1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Combine egg white with ricotta cheese. Spoon 1/3 of the tomato sauce on the bottom of a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Place 4 noodles on top of the sauce of the dish. Spoon 1/3 of the ricotta mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle 1/4 of the mozzarella over the ricotta. Spread the spinach over the mozzarella. Place 4 noodles on top of the spinach. Repeat the layers two more times with the diced red pepper in place of the spinach ending with noodles on top. Spread the remaining sauce on top of the noodles followed by the last 1/4 cup of mozzarella.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
