Introduction

Ingredients

    Red potatoes(general rule one for each person cooking for)
    1lb lean ground beef
    1/4 c diced onion
    1 can diced olive
    1-2 c frozen peas
    half of a large bell pepper diced
    1 brown gravy powder packet( i personally use costco gravy which is 3 tblspn of mix to one c water)
    1 cu water

Directions

cut up red potatoes for mashing, boil till soft, brown lean ground beef, add died onion, diced bell peppers, diced olives. Once cooked add 3 tblsp brown gravy mix with one cup water. simmer add frozen peas. Layer beef mix into casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes and bake at 400 for 30 min, top with shredded cheese
