Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups white wheat flour
    1/2 cup of cornmeal
    1/4 cup of splenda
    1 tblsp baking power
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup skim milk
    2 eggs beaten
    4 Tbls Brummel yogurt butter spread

Tips

great hot! I like to use leftovers to grill with eggs for breakfast.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients well. Put in greased loaf pan (I use pam cooking butter spray) at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until lightly golden on corners.

Serving Size: Makes 9-10 slices
