Introduction

using a natures burger mix and beans using a natures burger mix and beans
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box of Fantastic foods Nature's burger mix
    1 onion chopped
    few stalks of celery chopped
    1 cup mushrooms
    1 green pepper
    1/2 tbls oil of your choice
    1 can black beans
    1 cup water
    6tbls ketchup
    1/2 can tomato paste
    1/3 cup of sooji/semolina/cream of wheat
    spices of your choice I used
    salt , pepper,turmeric, chilli powder, cumin,coriander
    1cup water

Tips

I added ketchup to the top in the last 5 min of cooking time. it was yummy but a little dry so next time I would cover with foil


Directions

cook celery onion and any other vegetable you like in small amount of oil till soft. drain and rinse canned beans and mash 3/4 of them . add all ingredients and spices plus 1 cup water stir together and form into loafs

Serving Size: makes 2 thinner loafs or one full size thicker loaf * adjust cooking time
