Ingredients

    Ground Duck, without skin, 8 oz
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) diced
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 58 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)
    *Bean sprouts, 1 cup diced
    Water 1.5 cup

Tips

Serve with favorite sauce, such as ginger, garlic, soy and rice wine vinegar.


Directions

Combine veg and duck. Spoon 1 tsp filling into each wrapper, moisten edge to seal in a shell shape. Lightly spray pan and cook about 2 minutes until brown, add water and cover to steam for 2 min more.
