    HEB Mootopia Fat Free, 1 oz (add as needed)
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp
    Libby's Canned Pumpkin, 1/2 cup
    Artificial Sweetner, 2 packets
    Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put in fridge.
