This hydrating shake is good for breakfast or anytime. It is refreshing and tasty. Makes 2.75 cups of medium thick drink (it will pass through and ordinary drinking straw). Ingredients

    21 Seedless green grapes
    1 small slice mango....peeled, seeded & chunked
    1 small slice Papya.... peeled and seeded
    1 apple ....... cored and cubed (do not peel)
    1 Persian Cucumber..... remove stem end and chunk
    6 0z. good quality coconut water
    1/2 C. Almond milk .......original unsweetened
    2 Tbs. Flaxseed Meal (any good quality flaxseed meal)

Tips

If you like well chilled drinks pour into a chilled beer mug. This makes a great breakfast.


Directions

No cooking required. Add ingredients in the order given to blender container....cover. Blend on high until well blended; about 30 to 60 seconds. Pour into large glass or mug. Enjoy.
